Course Description

This one day seminar covers the fundamentals of massage, and gives the student a relaxing massage technique that can be used to pamper family members. It is also an excellent way to "get your feet wet" which will help you to determine whether or not you wish to pursue a career in Massage Therapy.

About the Instructor

Michele M. Childs, LMT is an instructor at the Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy as well as the Clinic Director. She has enjoyed a successful massage practice since 2005. She is proficient in several massage techniques including Orthopedic Massage, Active Isolated Stretching, and Pre/Post Natal Massage. Michele is well suited for this seminar as she is very approachable and has a sincere desire to ensure her students have a complete understanding of the material she presents.
