Course Description
Learn to incorporate soothing hot stones into a relaxing protocol, and experience the best therapeutic tool a therapist can have. All of these benefits in just one seminar.

Students will learn the history, care and cleaning of equipment, contraindications, important facts and equipment needed for use, a well as a full body protocol with hot stones. The second day of the seminar teaches some advanced techniques. This is a hands-on seminar. All equipment is available for use at the seminar and available for sale at the seminar completion.

Prerequisites
Certified Massage Therapist

Equipment Needed
Face Cradle Cover, Set of Sheets, Large Bath Towel, 2 Hand Towels, and a Large Bed Pillow.

About the Instructor
Patricia Mayrhofer, LMT, founder and President of Nature's Stones, Inc., is a cosmetologist; massage therapist and instructor since 1995, incorporating healing stones into multi-displinary approches of client treatment. She has assembled an experienced network of professionals developing and teaching multiple healing stone therapies in massage and spa treatments, both nationally and internationally. Pat is expanding the teaching of seminars to include more stone protocols as well as many manual seminars.

Pat has served as an adviser on the board of Lehigh Valley College massage therapy program, as a technical adviser for the Pennsylvania Licensing Coalition Committee, the Metal Ware Corporation (Spa-Pro), as well as several other companies in the massage therapy industry.
