High School Diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Physician's statement of health

ADMISSION PROCEDURES
Submit completed Application form
Complete and submit Enrollment Agreement along with a non-refundable $100.00
fee in person at PIMT (This fee is applied
toward your tuition.)
Attach physician's statement of health.
Attach copy of High School Diploma or G.E.D.
The Directors of the Institute will determine final acceptance or rejection.
Enrollment Fee
A $100.00 non-refundable enrollment fee must
accompany the Enrollment Agreement and will be applied to the tuition
fee.

Additional Costs
Supplies, which are required by the student,
may include: Linens, Massage Cream, White Shirt, Khaki/Tan pants, White
shoes/sneakers and note-taking materials. These items may be obtained
at an estimated cost of $100.00.
Financial Assistance is available for those who qualify which include the following sources:
PIMT Tuition Repayment Program - Payment plan up to 22 months at 12% interest
after $500.00 payment
