All instructors at
PIMT meet strict criteria. The Anatomy & Physiology instructors must
hold a Doctor's Degree (D.C., M.D., or D.O.). The massage instructors
hold either National Certification (or are qualified to sit for the National
Examination) or a License in massage therapy (as dictated by their state
of origin). Additionally, all massage instructors have successfully completed
at least a 500-hour course of study in massage therapy, and have substantial
experience in the field. In addition, our instructors are constantly continuing
their education through various seminars, which enhance their instruction.
The Anatomy and Physiology Department is overseen by Dr. Tosh in which he also serves as an instructor. Dr. Tosh has also taken the Massage Therapy portion of the course.
